Copyright Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Avin.my respects the rights of creators and expects everyone who uses the service to do the same. This policy explains how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we handle those reports.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you upload or publish on Avin.my. By publishing it, you allow us to host, store, resize and display it so your page works. Only upload content you own or have permission to use — music, images, videos, logos and fonts included.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Avin.my infringes a copyright you own (or are authorized to act for), send us a notice through the Report button on the page — choose Copyright — or through our contact page. Please include:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
  2. The exact link to the page on Avin.my and, where possible, which element of the page it concerns.
  3. Your name, email address and, if you act for someone else, who you represent.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your full name as an electronic signature.

Incomplete notices can slow us down, so please include everything above.

What happens next

We review every complete notice. When a report is valid we remove or disable access to the content, and we tell the account owner what was removed and why. We may contact you if we need more information.

If your content was removed by mistake

If you believe your content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice through our contact page. Include the link of the removed content, an explanation of why you believe it was removed in error, your name and email address, and a statement that the information is accurate. We may share your counter-notice with the person who filed the original report.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly publish infringing content may be restricted or closed.

False reports

Knowingly filing a false or misleading report can have legal consequences and may lead to restrictions on the reporting account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
